Possible -- man's wastes have added warming gases to the atmosphere which may have some effect on the Earth temperature Impossible (Sci Fi)-- the gov. controls the weather (via Tesla's HAARP --see Nick Begich) and is using it for political and military purposes, e.g. selective population control and weaponry. The implications and consequences of this are enormous,but since it is impossible, we needn't worry ourselves about it. We can use arguments by ethos, logos, or pathos, but we won't achieve a true resolution until we agree on facts from which we can create the best generalities based on those facts. |
